1. BASIC PROVISIONS
1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) regulate the method of booking services provided by apartment operator through the online reservation system on the e-shop www.wineapartments.sk, its subpages and subdomains.
1.2. All conditions that are not regulated by the GTC are governed by the accommodation rules published on the hotel’s website.
1.3. The provider of services offered in the reservation system is the company AD s.r.o., 1.mája 1053/19, 952 01 Vráble, Slovak Republic, ID: 46 526 692, VAT ID: SK2023411742, Tel. contact: +421917320210, E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.4. These GTC come into force and validity on 01.08.2021.
2. SELECTION AND RESERVATION OF SERVICES
2.1. The operator undertakes to provide and secure services to the extent that it offers them in real time in the reservation system.
2.2. The displayed apartments and capacities are available and adjusted in real time by the operator. However, by generating reservations from several systems at the same time, a situation may occasionally arise when the accommodation that the customer has booked in the system will no longer be available. In such a case, the operator undertakes to provide the customer with accommodation in rooms of a similar level in another facility. If the customer does not agree with the offered compensation, he is entitled to a 100% refund of the paid deposit for accommodation.
2.3. During the stay, the customer is entitled only to services that he has properly marked in the reservation system and paid in full.
2.4. When booking additional services, the customer is only entitled to provide the number of services that he has properly booked. The decisive factor in this case is the reservation confirmation, which the system generates automatically in the 3rd step of the reservation in the system for both the operator and the customer. The customer is at any time entitled to additional additions to the reservation and extension of the reserved services even after the reservation, if they are available and confirmed.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
3.1. The services offered on the apartment website can be paid online via a payment gateway.

3.3. If the customer does not pay the deposit for the stay at the time of booking or within the specified period, online booking of services is automatically canceled in full.
3.4. All payment fees are paid by the customer.
3.5. Guests may be required to pay a deposit for the honesty bar and for any damage to the apartment. You will be asked to pre-authorize the amount the day before arrival. After your departure, an invoice for consumption will be issued and the pre-authorization payment will be completed. The deposit will be refunded to the credit card after deducting the goods consumed and checking the room. The amount will be refunded within approximately 7 days of leaving the accommodation.
4. CANCELLATION OF RESIDENCE AND REFUND OF PAYMENTS MADE
4.1. Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the reservation of services must always be done as soon as possible, in writing or by telephone with subsequent written confirmation with the following information: name and surname, permanent residence, date of stay, booking confirmation number, e-mail contact from which the reservation was made, executed, bank account number in IBAN format.
4.2. By booking online, the customer fully agrees with the content of the cancellation policy. When canceling a reservation, Wine apartments has the right to charge cancellation fees, which are stated when confirming the reservation for a specific type of price.
4.3. Irrespective of the method of payment for the reserved services by the customer, the method of refund, if the customer is entitled to it in accordance with these terms and conditions, is always made by bank transfer from the account of the service provider. The total amount of refunded services in Euros will be reduced by all costs associated with the original payment of the customer (bank fees, fees for services for card payments, fees for the paypal service, other fees associated with payment).
5. ARRIVAL AND REALIZATION OF STAY
5.1. After paying the full price of the stay, the booking confirmation will be sent to the customer. The day before arrival, the customer will be sent information on online check-in and contactless accommodation.
6.1. Wine apartments processes personal data in accordance with Act 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Amendment of Certain Acts and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). We have taken the appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures in accordance with EU regulations and the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
6.2. Personal data will be provided or made available to third parties only on the basis of legal regulations. Personal data may also be made available to persons who manage, operate or service the individual systems used to process personal data.
6.3. By booking a stay, the client provides the accommodation provider with personal data for the purpose of registration and business relationship. Wine Apartments will process personal data for 6 years from the last visit to the hotel.
